El venezolano, Álvaro Alberto Espinoza, quien jugó 12 años en Grandes Ligas, es nuevo mánager de Generales de Durango. Ha dirigido en Ligas Menores; viene de trabajar en el beisbol coreano. Espinoza se hará cargo del equipo para la temporada 2022.
